Lightning Power Outage
by jrymes in Travel & PlacesAs soon as a big bolt of lightning hits all the lights go out. This video was shot in the lightning death capital of the United States, Tampa Bay Florida. Luckily nobody was hurt in this storm and the power came back on within ten minutes.
