Free General Vang Pao Rally in Raleigh

They want freedom for General Vang Pao, who is being held against his will in the US. Thanks to President Clinton, relations were normalized with Vietnam and Laos and thus the General was imprisoned for trying to overthrow the communist government in Laos.
